KW series large CNC horizontal lathe

The KW series heavy-duty horizontal CNC lathe adopts a floor-standing integral bed, a high-precision and high-load-bearing headstock, a widened hard guide rail and a heavy-duty tailstock design, which enables the machine tool to have high rotation accuracy, high motion accuracy, and high load-bearing capacity. It can be widely used in finishing and rough machining of large and heavy parts. Such as large oil cylinders, train axles, wind power parts, breaker cylinders and intermittent turning parts.

Description

The KW series heavy-duty horizontal CNC lathe adopts a floor-standing integral bed, a high-precision and high-load-bearing headstock, a widened hard guide rail and a heavy-duty tailstock design, which enables the machine tool to have high rotation accuracy, high motion accuracy, and high load-bearing capacity. It can be widely used in finishing and rough machining of large and heavy parts. Such as large oil cylinders, train axles, wind power parts, breaker cylinders and intermittent turning parts.
●The headstock uses a programmable hydraulic automatic four-speed gearbox with infinitely variable speed.
●The tool post adopts a vertical four-station electric tool post, which is convenient, flexible and stable.
●1000mm length model adopts fully enclosed enclosure for protection, and the rest adopt semi-enclosed protection, which has good waterproof and dustproof performance.
Standard configuration: domestic CNC system, gear drive spindle box, manual chuck, manual tailstock, electric cabinet air conditioner, etc.
Optional configuration: Fanuc/Siemens system, hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tailstock, center frame, automatic chip conveyor, automation components, etc.

 

(The length of the machine tool is named after the maximum workpiece clamping length; the KP model has no tailstock.)
