The group’s total registered capital stands at 230 million RMB. With a workforce of over 600 employees, the company has successfully obtained prestigious certifications such as ISO9001, ISO4001, and the provincial-level High-Tech Enterprise designation. Spanning over 500 mu of land, the group boasts a state-of-the-art facility covering 350,000 square meters, equipped with more than 500 advanced, world-class manufacturing tools—ranging from comprehensive casting systems and sophisticated heat treatment equipment to cutting-edge mechanical processing machinery. Notably, the group features over 60 high-end, imported machines among its extensive lineup. Kailan Group specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of CNC machine tools, specialized equipment for wire and cable production, hard-toothed gear transmission systems, as well as high-grade, premium-quality gray iron, ductile iron, and wear-resistant alloy castings.
Hangzhou Kailan Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 as the first-phase investment of Kailan Group, with a substantial initial capital of 400 million yuan. The company aims to master core technologies and develop its own brand of CNC machine tools and gear transmission systems—products characterized by high rigidity, precision, and stability. To achieve this goal, Kailan has built a state-of-the-art manufacturing base dedicated to producing CNC machine tools and high-precision hard-toothed gear drives. The company operates two major business divisions: the CNC Machine Tool Division and the High-Precision Gearbox Division. Located in the Gaoqiao Economic Development Zone, Fuyang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, Kailan currently boasts modern factory facilities spanning over 100,000 square meters, including temperature- and humidity-controlled areas for machining, inspection, and assembly. Kailan has introduced more than 350 advanced, high-precision manufacturing machines, among which over 50 are imported high-end equipment designed for cutting-edge cold and hot processing, inspection, and testing. By combining traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology, Kailan’s CNC machine tools are meticulously crafted using time-honored manual scraping and lapping techniques, ensuring exceptional performance in terms of rigidity, efficiency, precision, durability, and stability. The company’s product lineup includes the KW and KP series of CNC horizontal flat-bed lathes, the KX and KXP series of CNC horizontal inclined-bed lathes, the KVC series of vertical machining centers, and the KLM series of gantry machining centers. Annual production capacity reaches 3,000 units, positioning Kailan Group as a pioneer in China’s journey toward establishing a world-class, independently branded machinery industry. In addition to its domestic success, Kailan Group is committed to competing globally, striving to create top-tier CNC machine tools that rival those of leading international manufacturers. Meanwhile, the group’s high-precision hard-toothed gearboxes are specifically engineered for a wide range of industrial applications, including wind power transmission systems (ranging from 1,500 kW to 8,000 kW), marine propulsion systems, rail transit, energy infrastructure, building materials, mining, coal extraction, chemical processing, oil exploration, and port handling equipment. Leveraging advanced global manufacturing technologies, unmatched precision engineering capabilities, and a highly skilled workforce, Kailan delivers gearboxes that offer outstanding value for money and superior service quality. Today, these products have earned widespread customer trust, with their quality now comparable to that of renowned brands such as NanGaoGear and Flender. Currently, Kailan produces more than 200 distinct gearbox models, boasting an annual production capacity exceeding 5,000 units (sets).
Hangzhou Sanpu Machinery Co., Ltd. is a specialized company dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of high-speed braiding machines designed for wire and cable applications. Established in 2002, the company has grown into one of the largest and most comprehensive manufacturers of high-speed braiding machinery for the wire and cable industry in China. In 2004, Hangzhou Sanpu Machinery successfully achieved ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification, followed by CE safety certification in the same year. The company’s product portfolio includes the HGSB series of high-speed braiders, as well as copper and aluminum large-draw machines, frame-type stranding machines, and high-speed cage stranders—among other electrical machinery products. To date, the company offers five major product categories comprising more than 50 distinct models tailored to diverse market needs. Hangzhou Sanpu Machinery is recognized as a key national high-tech enterprise receiving substantial government support, boasting a provincial-level high-tech R&D center. The company holds 32 national patents, ensuring that all its products are backed by independent intellectual property rights. Its offerings have been featured in several prestigious national initiatives, including the "Zhejiang Provincial High-Tech Product Program," the "National Key New Product Project," the "National Innovation Fund Project," and the "National Torch Program." Notably, three of the company’s flagship products were officially designated as China’s first-of-their-kind (set) major technical equipment by the Hangzhou Leading Group Office for Moderately Developing New Heavy Chemical Industries in 2007, 2008, and 2010, earning them recognition and rewards from the Hangzhou municipal government. Over the years, multiple new products developed by the company have also received the Hangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2008, the company played a pivotal role in drafting the national standard for high-speed braiding machines used in wire and cable manufacturing—a standard that was subsequently enacted and implemented nationwide.
Wuhu Fushan Mechanical & Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the production and precision machining of high-grade, high-quality gray iron, ductile iron, and wear-resistant alloy castings. Located in the Wuhu Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province, the company occupies a site spanning 300 mu. Established in 2009, it has already completed modern manufacturing facilities exceeding 12,000 square meters and is equipped with over 100 state-of-the-art production machines—some of the most advanced in China today. With an annual designed production capacity of 80,000 tons of high-grade, high-performance castings, its products include gearbox housings, fan component hubs, frames, bearing housings, heavy-duty machine tool beds, and cross slides. Currently, the company has established an annual casting production capacity of 30,000 tons and annually produces more than 2,000 CNC machine tools (sets). It serves as a key supplier of premium-quality castings and CNC machine tools to the Kailan Group.
