Sanpu Machinery
Hangzhou Sanpu Machinery Co., Ltd. is a limited company specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of high-speed braiding machines designed specifically for wire and cable applications. Established in 2002, the company has grown to become one of the largest and most comprehensive manufacturers of high-speed braiding machines for the wire and cable industry in China. In 2004, the company successfully obtained ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification, followed by CE safety certification in the same year. Additionally, Hangzhou Sanpu Machinery Co., Ltd. was designated as the primary drafting unit for the national standard on high-speed braiding machines.
The company’s main products include the HGSB series of high-speed braiding machines, as well as copper and aluminum large-draw machines, frame-type stranding machines, and high-speed cage-stranding machines—among other electrical machinery products. These offerings have been organized into five major product categories, encompassing more than 50 distinct models now available on the market. Notably, the company’s flagship high-speed braiding machines currently hold a significant share of the domestic market and are also exported to over 30 countries and regions, including Japan, South Korea, the United States, Brazil, Europe, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Hangzhou Sanpu Machinery Co., Ltd. is a nationally recognized, state-supported high-tech enterprise, boasting a provincial-level R&D center dedicated to advanced technologies.
The company holds 32 national patents, and all its products are backed by independent intellectual property rights. The company’s products have been successively included in the "Zhejiang Province High-Tech Product Program," the "National Key New Product Program," the "National Innovation Fund Project," and the "National Torch Program." In 2007, 2008, and 2010, three of the company’s products were recognized as China’s first-of-its-kind major technical equipment by the Hangzhou Municipal Leading Group Office for Moderately Developing New Heavy Chemical Industries, earning them awards from the Hangzhou municipal government. Over the years, several of the company’s new products have also received the Hangzhou Science and Technology Progress Award. Additionally, in 2008, the national standard for high-speed braiding machines used in wire and cable production—led by the company—was officially promulgated and implemented.
