Kailan Heavy Industry
Hangzhou Kailan Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 as the first-phase investment of Kailan Group, with a substantial initial funding of 400 million yuan. The company is dedicated to mastering core technologies and developing its own brand of CNC machine tools and gear transmission systems—products characterized by high rigidity, precision, and stability. To achieve this goal, Kailan has built a state-of-the-art manufacturing base specializing in CNC machine tools and high-precision hard-toothed-surface gear transmission units. The company currently operates two key business divisions: the CNC Machine Tool Division and the High-Precision Gearbox Division. Located in the Gaoqiao Economic Development Zone, Fuyang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, Kailan has already completed the construction of modern facilities spanning over 100,000 square meters. These include temperature- and humidity-controlled workshops covering more than 20,000 square meters, designed specifically for machining, inspection, and assembly processes. To ensure cutting-edge production capabilities, Kailan has introduced advanced, high-precision manufacturing equipment totaling over 350 sets. Among these, more than 50 sets are imported high-end machines tailored for precise cold and hot processing, as well as sophisticated inspection and testing operations.

Crafted with unparalleled precision and dedication, we deliver hard-rail CNC machines that boast exceptional rigidity, efficiency, accuracy, durability, and stability. Our product lineup includes the KW and KP series of CNC horizontal flat-bed lathes, the KX and KXP series of CNC horizontal angled-bed lathes, as well as the KVC series of vertical machining centers and the KLM series of gantry machining centers. With an annual production capacity reaching 3,000 units, Kailan Group is firmly ushering in a new era of premium, domestically-branded machine tools in China—and aspires to rival the world’s leading machine tool manufacturers, striving to become a world-class leader in this industry. In addition, our group specializes in high-precision, hardened gear transmission systems, offering tailored solutions for industrial gearboxes used in a wide range of applications, including wind power transmission gearboxes ranging from 1,500 kW to 8,000 kW, as well as high-power gearboxes for marine, rail transit, energy, building materials, mining, coal, chemical, petroleum, and port handling industries—among many others.
