Description
The KW series flat bed CNC lathe is a small economical CNC machining lathe. The design of the multi-stage gear transmission type headstock and hard rail greatly improves the rigidity and output torque of the machine tool. It is suitable for processing various shaft and disc parts, and has the characteristics of reliable structure, convenient operation and high degree of automation.
●The headstock adopts programmable hydraulic automatic two/four-speed gearbox with stepless speed change within the gear.
●The tool post adopts a vertical four-station electric tool post, which is convenient, flexible and stable.
●For models with a length of 1500mm and above, the machine is equipped with a built-in rotary spindle tailstock as standard.
●Models below 1000mm in length are protected by a fully enclosed enclosure, and the rest are protected by semi-enclosed, with good waterproof and dustproof performance.
Standard configuration: domestic CNC system, gear drive spindle box, manual chuck, manual tailstock, electric cabinet air conditioner, etc.
Optional configuration: Fanuc/Siemens system, hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tailstock, center frame, automatic chip conveyor, automation components, etc.
(The length of the machine tool is named after the maximum workpiece clamping length; the KP model has no tailstock.)
