Description
This machine adopts advanced programmable and frequency conversion control technology, microcomputer control, and has the characteristics of stepless speed regulation, high-speed knitting, full fault display, low noise, high reliability, high precision, high strength, etc. Using a specific weaving method, the spindle has an automatic tension control mechanism, the tension is adjustable, and an automatic lubrication system-level safety silencing shield. This machine is mainly used for braiding copper wire, iron wire, stainless steel wire, etc. The volume of this braiding spindle is the larger of the braiding machines, and it can reach 5 kg of copper wire when fully loaded. Compared with other models, the braided wire is changed to specifications. The model does not need to change the spring, just fine-tune the spring tension.
