Features
This machine features advanced programmable and variable-frequency control technology, along with a microcomputer system, offering seamless speed adjustment, high-speed weaving, comprehensive fault display, low noise levels, exceptional reliability, superior precision, and robust performance. It employs a unique weaving method, and its spindles are equipped with an automatic tension-control mechanism that allows for adjustable tension. Additionally, the machine boasts an automatic lubrication system and a safety, noise-reducing protective cover. Not only can this machine weave copper wires, but it is also capable of handling other metallic wires, such as aluminum-magnesium alloy wires and stainless steel wires. What’s more, this weaving machine boasts the largest spindle capacity among all similar models—capable of holding up to 1.5 kilograms of copper wire at full load. Compared to other models, when changing the specifications of the woven wires, this machine eliminates the need to replace springs; instead, users can simply fine-tune the spring tension for optimal results.
