KXG type high-performance planetary gear reducer is specially designed for cement extrusion mill (roller press). The reducer adopts planetary transmission design to effectively divert the transmission power, and realizes a breakthrough innovation in the core technology of planetary transmission (equal load transmission). The reducer has good impact resistance, is safe, reliable, and efficient, and the installation method is simple and flexible. The floating suspension installation method is adopted. The output shaft and the main engine shaft are connected through an expansion sleeve and transmit torque. The high-speed shaft is directly connected to the motor through a universal joint, and the reducer can be floated.
