Parameters
KX series inclined bed CNC lathe adopts 45° inclined bed hard rail gear box spindle transmission structure, which strengthens the rigidity, precision and stability of the machine tool. This model is suitable for high hardness and high hardness such as cemented carbide, oil cylinders, valves, and bearings. For the machining of precision parts, some parts can achieve the machining effect of turning instead of grinding, and the roughness can reach Ra0.2.
●The headstock adopts programmable hydraulic automatic two/four-speed gearbox with stepless speed change within the gear.
●The turret adopts multi-station servo turret, which has high processing stability.
●The tailstock adopts programmable control, and the tightening pressure of the tailstock is adjustable.
●Models with a processing stroke of 2000mm or less are protected by a fully enclosed enclosure, and the rest are protected by a semi-enclosed enclosure, which has good waterproof and dustproof performance.
Standard configuration: Fanuc system, gear drive spindle box, hydraulic hollow chuck, hydraulic tailstock, automatic chip conveyor, etc.
Optional configuration: domestic/Siemens system, independent spindle, manual chuck, hydraulic center frame, automation components, etc.
(The length of the machine tool is named after the maximum turning length of the workpiece; the KXP model has no tailstock.)
