The KLG-HP gearbox for offshore drilling platforms is the core transmission mechanism in the lifting mechanism of offshore oil jack-up drilling platforms. This kind of gearbox has a complicated structure and includes a multi-stage planetary mechanism and a parallel shaft gear transmission mechanism at the same time. The key parts require high precision and strict material performance requirements. The life and reliability requirements of the gearbox are extremely strict.
In 2006, our company began to master the key core technologies with independent intellectual property rights such as wind power generation, offshore platform lifting gearboxes, etc., and spent a huge investment of 500 million yuan to introduce and purchase the most advanced design technology and high-precision manufacturing from abroad. Processing equipment, such as the introduction of the most advanced gear design and finite element design and verification software from the United Kingdom and Sweden. The world-class equipment includes: 7 sets of φ700-2500mm CNC forming gear grinding machines imported from Germany; Austria Aicherin The heat treatment computer-controlled well-type gear carburizing and quenching production line that the company knows; the pre-vacuum hood gas nitriding production line; the φ160 and φ200 CNC high-precision coordinate measuring machines made in Germany and Russia; the imported Gleason 2000mm gear testing center and The 3700kw high-power electric feedback closed gearbox loading test system imported from Siemens, Germany, etc. At present, the company has organized technical backbones with many years of design experience to set up a difficult team for the design and manufacture of offshore jack-up platform lifting gearboxes. It is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the latest American ABS Classification Society and Norwegian DNV Classification Society on offshore jack-up drilling platform lifting gearbox specifications. The normal life of the gearbox is 20 years, which has basically reached the current international advanced level.
At present, the KLG-HP offshore jack-up drilling platform gearbox developed by our company is a two-stage planetary four-stage parallel shaft mechanism with a maximum working torque of 1600KN·M. The company strictly follows ABS and DNV ship inspections during the design and manufacturing process. Standardize control, and the specific content is briefly described as follows:
1. Gear design and manufacturing
The gear materials are all high-quality low-carbon alloy steels (such as 20Cr2Ni4A, 18Cr2Ni4WA, etc.). The raw materials are electroslag remelted on the basis of vacuum smelting (LE+RF+VD), and the H content in the material is strictly controlled (≤2PPM) ), containing 0 (≤15PPM) and excess impurities, the grain size is greater than 6 grades. The tooth surface is carburized and quenched, and the surface hardness is HRC58-63; the tooth surface is grounded and finished with a surface roughness of 0.4μm. The tooth root has undergone an intensified shot blasting process, and the tooth profile processing adopts special repair technology. The gear strength is obviously improved, and the gear meshing noise is obviously reduced. Tooth surface contact safety factor ≥ 1.40. Tooth root bending safety factor ≥ 1.90, reliable and safe.
All use international famous brands (SKF, FAG, TIMKEN, etc.), with a design life of more than 150,000 hours.
Three, the box
High-strength steel plate welded structure, high temperature stress relief tempering and leakage test after welding, the processing accuracy reaches DIN standard 5-6 level, planet carrier is made of ZG35NiCrMo material, and the structure of box and star carrier is analyzed and calculated by finite element. Meet the rigidity and strength requirements.
The gearbox high-speed shaft seal adopts non-contact seal, which will not fail due to long-term wear and tear, and the seal is reliable, and it is guaranteed to never leak oil.
